You are an experienced team player who will support the APAC Head of Sales Management to develop and contribute to Sales Management initiatives. A strong collaborator with key stakeholders, you will communicate, promote and implement strategies by working closely with Business Managers and Front Office stakeholders.

You will engage with other teams and functions, including Business Analytics, Investment Services, Marketing, Operations, Change Management, etc.to drive the bank’s strategic goals effectively. You will work via positive influence across all stakeholders and across relevant sites in APAC and Head Office, as required.

Providing Front Office Guidance and Governance, you will give clear and accurate communication and execution of Front Office Guidance. You will prepare engagement materials, implement FO Guidance via training and meetings, and provide oversight to ensure market adaptation.

You will be responsible for Front Office Performance and Discipline through Budget Setting and updates/ adjustments. You will have strong engagement and action with the Front Office to use Performance/ CRM Tools and will act as Sales ambassadors to cultivate sales culture and discipline to build a sustainable business.

In Business Growth Initiatives, you will be responsible for Business Pipeline Management and will drive sufficient business pipelines discussion with the Market/ Cluster Head. You will have close engagement with the markets for accurate monitoring of progress/ completion.

Providing Management Updates and Communications, you will work closely with the APAC Head of Sales Management to support on all Senior Management Reporting and updates.

Involving in Sales Animation Activities, you will provide campaign support, share book screening, target opportunities and drive actions to build pipeline.

You will act at all times in accordance to the Bank’s compliance & control framework and will participate and/or lead projects as assigned, as well as assist in other development projects, budgeting & forecast.

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in wealth management
  • Possess knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Focused, self-starter who is able to adapt and work independently, meeting deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Good analytical skills, positive attitude, good learning ability with great attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Strong collaborative skills and proven ability in building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Effective meeting organization and facilitation skills, experienced in presenting to big groups and interfacing with senior management, as well as other partnering teams
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environment and meet demands from senior management
  • Comfortable in challenging ideas and working with disparate groups to bring consensus; experienced negotiator and skilled in conflict resolution
  • Proficient in data visualization with MS Excel/ PowerPoint
  • Able to update and adjust budgets accurately
