Top-tier Private Bank with a stronghold in wealth management is currently seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to work alongside a senior banker in the North Asia market.
An established private bank which offers a superior platform is seeking a Junior RM to work closely with an experienced senior banker to promote the bank’s offerings and deepen clients’ wallet share within the UHNW/ HNW community in China.
Operating within a cluster, this Junior RM will conduct independent research and reach out to prospects with the aim of account opening and funding. You will acquire knowledge of the bank’s unique propositions and utilise your marketing and interpersonal skills to conduct cold calls and secure meetings with prospects.
The senior banker will work closely with you to onboard new clients, provide guidance on investment suitability and ensure compliance with the bank’s guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Candidates with a few years of work experience in private banking, asset management or investment banking with access to key decision makers and HNW clients are welcome to apply.
- Degree in Banking/ Finance preferred
- Have a good track record of high net worth client acquisition in China, or have a significant level of network with wealthy individuals
- Well versed with banking products and services, including investments and having strong interest in private wealth management solutions
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to do ‘hunting’
- Able to translate banking products and services to wealth management solutions that meet client needs
- Passed both CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2; or be prepared to undertake the exams and be licensed to practise in Singapore
