About the job

You will provide administrative support for mainly North Asian client accounts booked in Singapore.

You will provide support pertaining to client account administration, client servicing and client retention efforts. You will act as the liaison with the internal departments regarding administrative matters concerning execution and settlement of trades, delivery of securities, corporate actions, payments and receipts of funds, renewals and repayments of loans. You will also be the liaison with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening requests and other client administrative matters.

You will check the daily transaction list to ensure trades are processed correctly, and will prepare and send trade confirmations to clients. You will monitor and arrange for settlement of trades and prepare the payment orders. You will input the orders for securities, forex and money market into the system, as well as prepare and follow up on account opening documentation.

You will maintain and update spreadsheets for selected clients and will print the valuation reports and prepare client’s outstanding documents, brochures and investment/ research materials for the Relationship Manager’s business trips. You will ensure there is no outstanding item relating to client administration matters.


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a Private Bank
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
  • Meticulous and organized person
  • Passed CACS Paper 1 & 2
  • Driven and willing to go the extra mile
