You will lead a team of Product Development personnel and be responsible for product development, enhancements and strategic management of the Bank’s consumer banking products such as insurance, investment, deposits and loans (secured and unsecured).  You will establish the right product mix, formulate sales strategy and be responsible for the marketing and distribution for the entire spectrum of consumer products.  This includes the monitoring of financial performance and holding bottom-line responsibility for individual product financial targets and channels.  You will also play a pro-active role in the development and management of the partner/ intermediary relationship to maximize reach and effectiveness.  Other responsibilities include working with advertising agencies to develop the Bank’s marketing and publicity collaterals, plan and manage marketing programs and campaigns related to consumer banking.  You will also ensure adequate product infrastructure, sales training and support are given to branches and sales force on all product education.
