Main Responsibilities:
• Develop training programs that are practice-oriented and competency based

• A basic degree. Professional qualifications and advanced graduate degrees are desirable

• Search, shortlist and conduct interviews with suitable candidates for job placements

• Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in your industry
• Experience in staff recruitment

Position (3): Business Development Executives
Are you a fresh graduate or a recent graduate who has a strong passion in business development and sales? Do you enjoy meeting with corporate clients to understand their human resource requirements, particularly in training and recruitment? If so, we invite you to apply for this position.
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform client acquisition activities through a disciplined approach of database marketing
• Able to translate clients’ HR needs to actual solutions, and recommend appropriate services to clients
• Prepare marketing collaterals, client proposals, and BD-related administrative work
• Meet monthly performance targets
Requirements:
• A basic degree in any discipline and a pleasant personality
• Fresh graduates, or recent graduates with 1-2 years of experience in business development are welcome to apply
• Experience in marketing HR solutions is desirable, but not a requisite
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written), and creative in solving problems
