Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service staff at the branch to provide banking services to customers. You will manage the daily operational and service aspects of the branch, and will ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and operational procedures, as well as handle customers' complaints with satisfactory resolution. You will participate actively, either as a lead or part of a team, in streamlining the existing branch processes and initiatives to enhance customer experience. You will also work with the Branch Manager to build a cohesive team comprising both the sales and service staff.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum 3 years relevant banking experience
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
- Passion for customer service, including resolving customer complaints
- Good communications and interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
- Good operational knowledge of branch banking
- Good leadership skills that are able to inspire high performance from staff
