You will identify and control compliance risks to ensure compliance with specific Singapore regulations.  You will assist in the formulation, implementation and update of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with local regulation and Group requirements.  You will administer and update computer monitoring systems with the lists of blacklisted names received from Head Office and the local authorities.  You will also disseminate updates on the blacklists to all relevant parties, carry out, monitor and reply to requests from local authorities, tape recording retrievals for CIB and preparation of transcripts.  You will carry out UAT testings for the new/ upgraded systems, and assist in the preparation and submission of reports (including STR reports) to the local regulators and other relevant authorities in Singapore.  You will serve as the back-up for the Head of Transversal Compliance Singapore in his/ her absence, prepare and submit monthly MIS and Compliance and Control reports to the Head Office and Management. 

You will also coordinate, execute and maintain computer e-learning program used for training staff on AML and combating the financing of terrorism.  You will handle SFA and FAA licensing matters, such as application for new licenses and renewal of licenses, as well as prepare and submit quarterly misconduct reporting, reporting of information on exempt representatives to MAS, etc.  You will coordinate, prepare and submit half-yearly reporting to Head Office on regulatory incidents, risk assessment, CIB litigation, permanent control, etc. and also check MASNET mailboxes and disseminate to the relevant persons.  You will also compile and inform HR every month on the updates to the list of sensitive staff and track and monitor the personal account dealings of these sensitive staff.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 4 – 5 years of compliance experience
• Possess good understanding of AML/ CFT rules and regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
