You will support the basic IT infrastructure, common office, front end infrastructure and back office services.  You will support day-to-day operations of all aspects of desktop support, systems, networks and perform administration functions including server room housekeeping, tape backup, inventory tagging.  You will be responsible for operations and maintenance on W2003/W2008 OS Server, Exchange Server, Windows Print Server, Unix/Solaris servers, IBM AIX servers.

Pre-requisites:

• Possess some work experience in the banking industry
• Familiar with Storage Area Network (SAN), IBM Tape libraries, Disk Sub-systems from Hitachi Data systems
• Possess skills on Active Directory (AD), TCP/IP and Windows Networking
• Experience with on virtualization using VMware
• Knowledge of XEN Application Server (Citrix) technology and concepts
• Able to work independently till the completion of orders and tasks
• Possess high security awareness with respect to handling data and user access rights
• Experience with supporting Bloomberg, Blackberry, Audio/Video peripherals
• Familiarity with IT security will be an advantage
