Overseeing the Operations Compliance Section, you will provide advice on compliance queries, and ensure that new regulations are updated, disseminated and adopted. 

You will prepare compliance memorandums/ control documents to assess existing procedures and processes; conduct compliance examinations to check compliance with rules and regulations; liaise with department heads on compliance updates and assurance.  You will ensure product compliance prior to launch; prepare regulatory compliance reports for management; and conduct compliance training and perform other compliance administrative functions.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance or audit
• Good knowledge of MAS and FAA rules and regulations
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Self-motivated with initiative and able to work independently
